1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
paprika

Artichoke Dip
Mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic.
Place in a 2 qt. casserole dish:
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
