1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 4 ounce jar diced pimento
1 - 4 ounce can diced green chiles
4 minced tabasco peppers
paprika

Artichoke Dip    


Mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, pimento, green chiles and tabasco peppers.
Place in a 2 qt. casserole dish:
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
