1.    You must be eligible to receive commodities one (1) month prior to the start of the
       contest.

2.    Volunteers are not eligible to participate in any way in any contests.

3.    Once a person has won a contest, they, and their household will not be eligible to
       enter another contest for a period of six (6) months

4.    Answers must be submitted by E-Mail to Sheila, and the first answer received will
       be considered the winner of that contest.
